At Phantasy, new pieces are made weekly. We hand make everything ourselves with our team of two. Please allow 2-3 weeks for orders to be filled. We are currently a team of two growing quickly! During our large promotional periods please allow up to 3-4 weeks. Thank you for your patience!

All sales are final, all pieces are custom made by hand with love! Thank you for your understanding. In the event of a refund store credit will be issued. 

We are not responsible for lost packages. In the event of a lost package please file a claim here.
