We are a team of just two people! We are a new small business that launched at the end of 2022! We are just two people who love to make clothes for you to wear! We are so excited about how fast we are growing with all of our new besties! We can't wait to see the whole world in Phantasy! <3 

★ HOW CAN I GET IN TOUCH WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM?

★ I EMAILED YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM. WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT A RESPONSE?

We aim to respond to all e-mails within 48 hours. Please note that the time frame may be extended during and immediately after launches as we are a team of two people.

★ WHERE CAN I BUY PHANTASY?

Phantasy ​is currently sold online at ​www.thephantasy.com and in person at Los Angeles flea markets! 

I WANT TO SELL PHANTASY IN MY OWN STORE, HOW CAN I DO THAT?

★ WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

We are located and founded in ​Los Angeles! 

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY?

ALL PHANTASY PRODUCTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Currently all sales are final, all pieces are custom made by hand with love! Thank you for your understanding. In the event of a refund, store credit will be issued. 

★ WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER?

At Phantasy, new pieces are made weekly. Once you place your order we print your new favorite fit ourselves with our team of two. Please allow 2 weeks for orders to be filled. We are currently a team of two growing quickly! During our large promotional periods please allow up to 3-4 weeks. Thank you for your patience!

★ IF MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVES OR IS STOLEN?

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If a package is missing, please file a claim with USPS, here

CAN I MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

We can’t make any promises, but we’ll give it our best shot! Email us ASAP at hello@thephantasy.com for any changes regarding size, color, style, and shipping address. If changes are made, the customer is responsible for any additional payments.

WHAT’S THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can click on 'Track It' and see the status of your delivery. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please check your spam folder. Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 2 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation e-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at hello@thephantasy.com with your inquiry.

WHERE DO I ENTER MY PROMO CODE?

Enter your promo code at checkout, before you enter your credit card info!

  I PLACED MY ORDER BUT NEVER RECEIVED IT?

Please email us at, hello@thephantasy.com with  your name, order number, shipping address or any other information you can provide so we can look up your order to get to you ASAP.
