At Phantasy, new pieces are made weekly. Everything is made to order, please allow up to 1 week for your order to be sent out. Thank you for your patience!

All sales are final, all pieces are custom made by hand with love! Thank you for your understanding.

We are not responsible for lost packages. In the event of a lost package please file a claim here.
